my first cassette mix is out now :)

Created at the end of 2025, this mix places you at the finish line, carrying pent up feelings from the year just passed. Drawing inspiration from the shadowed weight and ritualistic pulse associated with Skull Disco and the darker works of Shackleton, the recording inhabits a grey, psychedelic terrain - moving through dense low-end pressure, ceremonial percussion and disembodied vocal fragments there is a sense of reflection and through that ritual rebirth. The last months of shedding before Spring arrives and the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse.

The artwork mirrors this transformation through an interplay of darkness and illumination: shadow pressing against light.
